We all know that to make money in the stock market, we need to buy low, sell high! But how do we know if this is THE low?
One of my 2008 resolutions is to start investing. But with the Fed cutting rate and all these talks about recession, I are scared!
Is the market at the bottom already or is it going to go even lower? Should I buy more? Should I do nothing?
